Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Australian bush and accompanied by live music, this unique dining experience invites you to slow down, savour every bite, and connect with great food, great company, and the warmth of the fire. Whether you’re joining us under the stars on Saturday evening or enjoying a relaxed Sunday feast, Flame to Plate promises a memorable gathering in a truly special setting.

Saturday night 4:30 pm: As the sun sets over the bushland, join us beneath the tipi tent for an unforgettable evening centred around the art of cooking with fire. Featuring slow-roasted and flame-grilled meats, accompanied by a selection of seasonal sides thoughtfully curated by our chef, Lexie, this unique dining experience celebrates bold flavours, honest cooking, and the beauty of gathering around the fire. With live music and the natural surroundings of Bay & Bush as your backdrop, Flame to Plate promises a memorable evening of food, warmth, and connection.

Sunday daytime 11:30 am: Nestled amongst the bushland of Bay & Bush, Flame to Plate is a celebration of fire, flavour, and connection. Gather beneath the tipi tent and enjoy a feast of slow-roasted and flame-grilled meats, complemented by seasonal sides thoughtfully curated by our chef, Lexie. Accompanied by live music and the natural beauty of the Australian bush, this unique dining experience invites you to slow down, savour the moment, and enjoy great food in great company.

This event is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

What to Wear

Open fires will be set throughout the venue to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. As the event takes place outdoors during winter, we recommend dressing warmly and wearing closed-toe shoes suitable for uneven ground. A jacket or coat is also recommended for later in the evening.

As open-fire cooking is a key feature of the event, guest safety remains our priority. In the event of strong winds or severe weather conditions that may compromise the safe operation of the event, guests will be contacted with as much notice as possible and offered a full refund.
