BY CAR

From Sydney (2.5 hours)

Take the Princes Highway (A1) south through the Royal National Park, then follow signs to Nowra. From Nowra, take Jervis Bay Road (B96) to Huskisson.

From Canberra (2.5 hours)

2.5 hours via Tarago and Nerriga. 3 hours via Moss Vale or Braidwood.

From Melbourne (8 hours)

Follow the Princes Highway north through Gippsland and the South Coast. Turn right at Jervis Bay Road (B96) just past Nowra.

LOCAL TRANSPORT

Courtesy buses operate from Club Jervis Bay, Huskisson Hotel and Husky Sports. St George's Basin Taxi Service provides local transport, and Uber is also available. Jervis Bay Airport Express and Shoalhaven Maxi Buses offer shuttles to Sydney and Canberra airports.

PARKING

Huskisson offers ample parking throughout the town centre. Most parking is free, with some time restrictions during peak periods.

  • Owen Street - Central parking near cafés and shops
  • Dent Street - Beach parking with easy access to the foreshore
  • Hawke Street - Additional parking near the wharf
  • RV and caravan parking available at designated areas

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Public Transport

Trains operate from Bomaderry (Nowra) to Sydney and to Canberra (via transfer). Premier Motor Service connects Nowra to Sydney and Eden, while Nowra Coaches provides local routes linking Huskisson with Bomaderry (Nowra), Sanctuary Point, and nearby areas. Husky Ferry operates a regular ferry service from Huskisson to Myola
